    The white page sounds like an error. If you’re a semi-technical user you can enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG, recreate the issue and find out the exact error details. Here is how to do that Page: Debugging in WordPress.

    Another approach which isn’t technical is to check for a plugin conflict. You can do that by temporarily deactivating all plugins at once except for those plugins authored by SiteOrigin. With only SiteOrigin plugins activated, open a Page Builder page, does the issue persist? The answer (yes or no) will let you know if there is a conflict or not.
