Is there a list of what’s available on each version. I want to purchase but won’t drop loot on something I don’t see enough about. For example, headers and footers. Are they free or in the paid version.

You can find a list of all premium features on the SiteOrigin Premium product page (under the Premium Addons title). All premium features are optional extras and are by no means required to get the most out of SiteOrgin Page Builder or your theme. They do however let you get that extra edge or more overall control in a niche manner.
In my opinion, the best feature of SiteOrigin Premium is the premium support it entitles you to.

They’re in the free version. Headers and footer are very important so they’ll never be put behind a pay wall.
