Bad display due to Woocommerce [Help]

Hello Siteorigin,

Thanks for the very nice theme. I am new to website creating but things are quite easy using your theme. So far.

I have a problem due to the activation of the Woocommerce plugin. Unfortunately this plugin is essential to my website in order to sell my products. So hopefully there will be a solution to this problem.

When I turn on the Woocommerce plugin:
– Columns on every page are not displayed (the content that should be in the columns created through Page Builder, is on top of one another).
– Icons from Circle Icon Widget are not displayed. I can change their colors but they are just empty circles.
– Woocommerce pages are badly displayed, there is no “add to cart” or “buy” button and all the content is just a complete mess.

Is there something I have done wrong to come to such a result? What can I do to have a better display?

On another topic, I’ld like to add a topbar like you have on your website. How could I do that? I try to install WP-Top Bar, but it does not work.

Thank you very much,

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi. Sorry to hear about these hassles. Please start out at Dashboard > Updates and ensure everything has been updated to it’s latest version. Then head to Settings > Page Builder and de-activate Page Builder for all the WooCommerce post types. This will hopefully resolve your issue. At this stage Page Builder is not compatible with WooCommerce. We’ve added various style handlers to help Vantage and WooCommerce work together but at this stage, not Page Builder and WooCommerce pages.

    Thank you Andrew,
    It is now displaying well!
PS: I’m now trying to add a top navigation menu. I’ll see what is on the forum about it and try to figure it out.

    Thanks for the update.

All the best for your expansion. Don’t forget to use a child theme if you edit any files.
