Background images not showing on Rows

Hi there

I hope I can explain this ok.

I have created a few pages using ‘page builder’. However when I attempt to add an image with Row Styles > Design > Background Image – it doesn’t show.

I can only get a background image to show if I add it to a widget that i place in the row. But then I get issues with margin and padding especially on mobile.

I have used this design > Background Image feature many times on other sites. I’ve compared plugins on sites where I have got it working and on this site. They are the same, so hopefully no conflict.
