background image resale in vantage page builder row

Hi support team,

For background image in page builder row, I found it works well in some computers and my mobile devices, but on some other computers, it got re-scaled (some part of background image was cut off due to this rescale). Can you advise why and how to fix it? As you can see in the attachment, the pictures in the bad one are the cut off version of the good one.

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
