    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Pascal

    Thanks for reaching out.

To confirm the conflict, try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for the SiteOrigin Page Builder and leave Avada activated. Does the featured image link issue persist in this state?

    Hello Andrew,
    Thank you for your response.
I try that and i confirm the conflict.

The featured image adds fine when I disable all plugins besides our two fusion plugins:

    Video from avada: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuZElXK

But I found the plugin in confit, SiteOrigin Page Builder … The featured image adds fine when I disable !

Ok ! … I deactivate Avada, resume a new theme, take the license of your plugins … and no problems !

But the same day, i update another website with your plugin, a very simple website

And in this case, it was impossible for me to update a post! Modification
Ok, Registration Ok, Preview Ok … but unable to display the page on the internet! Different systems, browsers … I have never seen this! A crazy story

In this case, I disabled SiteOrigin Page Builder and redid the pages with the WordPress editor !

I use plugins on a lot of sites … 20 or 30? I hope I have no other problems.

The suspect, for me would be WordPress.

    Thank you

    Hi Pascal

Thanks for confirming the conflict. Please, can you send me a copy of Avada? You can upload the ZIP file to wetranfer.com or similar and email the link to [email protected].

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks

I don’t understand what is being demonstrated in the screencast sent previously. In the screencast, Page Builder is activated and a featured image is added. Can you let me know what I’m missing there?

I can activate Avada and Page Builder and add a featured image.

    avada-featured

    Hi, I Work Here

In addition to the above, please, replicate the issue on your end and check for JS errors.

the best would be to give you admin access to the website ?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Pascal

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    Private Snippet

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and Private Snippet for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
