Is it possible to add images (or frames, however you want to specify the items shown) automatically?
Specifically by using a given post type?
For example, I have a Hero Image on my home page. Instead of manually adding images to frames manually, I’d like it to pull from a given post type (in my case, I’m using the Jetpack added custom post type “Jetpack-Portfolio”). That way, every time I add a new Project, it’s featured image is added to the Hero Image slider, saving me the trouble of remembering to manually add those images.
Is there any way to add this sort of functionality?
I know many paid sliders offer this, but they lack the other features of the Hero Image (text, buttons, easy integration into the Page Builder, etc).

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you.
