    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Robert,

Could you please reply with your entire message? You can mark a reply as private by ticking the private reply checkbox.

By the sounds of it, you’re opening a form in one widget and then trying to close it in another. That won’t work and the browser will close it when the parent div closes (being the widget container). Ideally, you should put it all in a single text widget. Does this make sense? The other question you have would really need me to test it using the HTML. I would rather not write out the HTML (not due to laziness, just worried I’ll make a mistake in mirroring it :S) so I’ll look into that once I have a copy of it.

This is what I am trying to do: “opening a form in one widget and then trying to close it in another”

The reason for it is that allows me the flexibility to build the form the way I want it to look and react responsively.

Just to clarify there is no way to keep my from open between widgets?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Robert,

There is, sadly, no way around this. This “issue” is caused by your browser (pretty much all browsers will “fail” gracefully these days). You may be able to fix it for you personally – how I don’t know, but anyone else viewing your website will experience what you’re experiencing now.

You, sadly, don’t have an option but to have it all inside one widget. :(

Thank you for your time, I will look into other options.

    Thank you
