Author Bio how make change

Hi,

I have the vantage theme premium for years. https://www.fengshui-et-sens.fr/

I would like to change the author bio.
When I do a change on my profil admin page and click on “save change” it always come back to the initial version.
So I can’t change my bio, neither my twitter nor facebook account.

Do you have a simple way to do thoses changes ?

    Yes, the bio changes are not reflecting in the wordpress administration area after saving neither in the public area of my website.

    Thanks for the update.

    I’m not sure what would be causing user data to not save correctly in the Users section of WordPress. You could try seeking a working baseline. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and also temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen? This test will let you know if a plugin or theme conflict is the issue.
