anything-carousel-widget not starting

Hi,

situation:
WP and all pugins are up-to-date. SiteOrigin PageBuilder and Widgets installed. New to Gutenberg… :-s
I added a new page, and a block with SiteOrigin widget type “Anything Carousel”. Inside the widget I have six items (only title, no content), settings are “Loop, Ease, Autoplay 800/2000”, number of slides to scroll / to show is 1/1 on all resolutions.
Goal is to have one of the six items (pure text) displayed and replaced by the next item after 2s.

It does only start/run, if I enable the “Navigation arrows”. :-(
Without the arrows enabled, the animation won’t start and even if I move the text with the mouse, it won’t continue to run.
Once I enable the navigation arrows, update the page and refresh the browser (M$ Edge for viewing without being logged in, because I work in Firefox), the animation starts after loading the page.

I could if I would remove the arrows in CSS “sow-carousel-previous, sow-carousel-next { display: none; }”, but… :-sss
