Animation Problems and Gutemberg question

I have a question with animation options using premium.
I see in ROW and WIDGETS the animation option in the Structure TAB, but also a independent tabs called ANIMATION both with different options. Why? One time some of the siteorigin team send me a file called Soanimationv1 to fix a problem with the animations, its for that?

Also when using gutemberg:
1. A page created with NEW WITH BLOCK can be reverted to siteorigin?
2. A page with blocks and siteorigin in it, when i use a hero 100% with video background dont workm show the blank space with no content.
