I’m using Vantage with Page Builder.
If I place an anchor on a ‘page1’ page this works perfectly since page1.
Since another page, the anchor does not work, I stay at the top of page1.

I can’t seem to replicate this issue. Could you please take a screenshot of your menu settings and send me a copy of them? Please note that we’re unable to process email attachments so you’ll need to send me a link to a third party image hosting site such as vgy.me or imgur.com.
Also, just to rule it out, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If the above fails, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related – it is however unlikely.
