Am not getting lots of the customize options e.g menu colours (have Vantage Premium)

Hi there,

I am using Vantage Premium and love it but am having no luck with editing colours when I click on Customize and Menus then nothing happens when I click on any of the options Background, Text Colour etc. The only option that I can edit is the padding.

I thought this would be available with Premium, I have double checked that I am running the premium version. Please let me know how to resolve this.

    I don’t get any color options on Vantage. No idea why not?

      Hi Franz

      The extended Customizer is only available in Vantage Premium. If you’d like to review that offering please head to Appearance > Vantage Premium. If you have any follow-up questions, please open a new support thread and we’ll jump in there:

    Hi Arlene

    If under Appearance > Themes your Vantage screenshot says Vantage Premium then you may have a problem with the Customizer. Try this:

    1. Under Dashboard > Updates: run any pending updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugin and re-test. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    Thanks Andrew. Yes double checked and Vantage Premium definitely installed and activated. I have now tried both those things you advise. There were a couple of updates which I installed. I also deactivated all plugins and the problem still remains so I have re-activated them now.

    Under Appearance -> Customize -> Menu the only option that is possible to edit is Menu Item Padding. All other options under Menu are not editable.

    The exact same thing is happening to me with another website where I also have Vantage Premium uploaded.

    I just had an idea it might be a problem with IE and I downloaded Chrome and yes it works on Chrome, I get all the options there!! Delighted.
