Alter text in slider button and search function?

Hello,
I’m using the jetpack featured slider and would like to alter the text on the “continue reading”- button. I would also like to change the “next/previous post” as well as “type and hit enter to search” in the search function. How would I be able to do this?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You could perhaps try creating a translation for your site’s language using https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/. If your site is in English you could create an English translation within Polylang and then translate the strings you’d like to change.

    Alternatively, it’s possible to change the strings using a child theme. That would be a small custom development task.
