    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Pyaw,

Firstly I would recommend trying to edit a page builder powered page in a different browser. If that doesn’t this could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

I have a database backup when the site worked fine.

I install all wordpress with this database and the problem continue.

In this database I saw the “wp_post” table, and the “post_content” field, but in this field not found code about rows and columns (site origin page builder) , where is that code?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Pyaw,

The data is stored mostly in the wp_postmeta table. It typically has the meta_key of panels_data.

In the damaged database in “wp_postmeta” table, no exist “data panels” as “meta_key”

on the backup database, YES, that value exists.

How are lost all that information?

    no plugin or wordpress update

    Hi Pyaw,

I’m honestly not too sure. Could you try restoring the database?
