All publishing and updating failing after troubleshooting and disabling plug-ins

Hi Team –

I have tried to update my client’s pages and publish posts and it has been failing to post and publish for the last 3 hours. I’ve tried troubleshooting many things – disabling all plugins, and even when plugins are deactivated, it still fails to update and publish.

Could I please get some assistance on this?
