All of the sudden, all our pages build with SiteOrigin Pagebuilder with the widget SiteOrigin Editor fail. When I click on edit on the widget, it will show “404”page not found, I am not able to save the page either, it will also show “404 page not found”. It will not happen if I were to create a new page. For the existing page, I have to remove all the content then I am able to save or create another new Row or Widget.
I have tried deactivating all plugins except SiteOrigin Pagebuilder and changing to another WordPress default theme, the problem still there.

Hi Seow,
I suspect your hosting provider as recently changed a security rule and that change was, repeatability, a tad too vague so it’s incorrectly picking up on our widgets. I would reach out to your hosting provider and ask if you’re being blocked by any security modules (you may need to state what you included in your message to us for context), and if so, can the relevant rule sets that you were flagged be looked at to ensure they’re working, or if you could be whitelisted.
if your hosting provider states you haven’t been being blocked, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Thanks. This definitely looks like the server is rejecting the submission. I would get in contact with your hosting provider and ask if your post submissions are being blocked (you may have to set them up an account to verify this).

While I’m still checking with the hosting provider, would also like to bring this out is that for New Page edit it has no issue, I can create new page with the editor and has no issue on saving them, it only affected those pages previously done.
