Hi, when I load my website, only the menu and logo appear—everything else is blank.

    Hi Yvonne

    Thanks for posting your question.

You can perhaps start the troubleshooting process by temporarily deactivating all plugins except Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle (if installed). With only the two plugins activated, does the issue persist?

    Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your response. I tried that, but I’m still unable to see the full content. A small portion is visible, but most of it remains blank.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks, please take a few screenshots of what you see in the website admin area when editing a page, upload the screenshots to WeTransfer.com or similar (Dropbox/Drive etc.) and share the link here on the forum.

Please also send a link to the site concerned.

    Hi, I Work Here

WeTransfer provide a link. You can post the link here on the forum at Thread: All content is gone. Alternatively Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive are all options.

    Hi, I Work Here

Proteus Widgets, Simple Lightbox and Contact Form 7 are activated. I suggest testing as follows:

    — Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
    — Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

Re-check to see if a working baseline can be found.

    Hi Andrew,

I switched to the Twenty Nineteen theme and now I can see some of the content, but not all of it—and the images aren’t showing.

If I disable the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, I lose even more content.

If I disable the Contact Form 7 widget, the form disappears.

If I disable the ProteusWidgets, every page shows an extra section at the bottom with “Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Archives, Categories, Meta, Forms, and Verifications.”

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. The site content seems to stop outputting after the header. Ignoring elements being missing or minor breakages, does the content output after the header with all plugins activated except SiteOrigin plugins. Put another way, is there any content after the header with only SiteOrigin plugins deactivated?

    Hey Andrew,

If I deactivate Select Page Builder by SiteOrigin and activate ProteusWidgets, none of the content displays. But if I deactivate the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, the content shows again.

After that, when I turn off the SiteOrigin plugins, I can still see some of the content, but not all. I’m also still seeing the extra section at the bottom with “Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Archives, Categories and Meta”

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately; I’m unsure what the issue is. A normal baseline for SiteOrigin plugins is to activate:

Twenty Nineteen or any default WordPress theme
    SiteOrigin Page Builder
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle

In the above state, confirm normal operations, a new test page is fine for this. If normal SiteOrigin plugin operations are confirm you can add your theme back and then add your plugins by one by one, checking your test page after each activation to try and isolate the cause.

Hi Andrew, the website is working again
We rolled back to an old version of PHP and that apparently was causing some of the widgets to not display

    Thanks for everything

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update; glad to hear you’ve recovered. Here is how to turn on debugging for the future to find out which plugin or theme is causing the problem: Page: Debugging in WordPress. With full error reporting enabled, the next time you upgrade, you’ll be able to find out the location of the issue.
