Is this the Service for free Version?
I Think, that all users need the same service.
Bad service.
Hi Don,
We do provide assistance for free users over the forums. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide timely support for free users due to the amount of free support we provide and the size of SiteOrigin overall. By upgrading to https://siteorigin.com/downloads/premium/, you’ll receive Premium (read: faster) support and allow us to improve our response times overall as we will be able to hire more support people.
SiteOrigin page Builder (as well as WordPress in general – specifically the customizer) uses and relies on serialized data. Serialized data cannot be edited manually as that will break the data. You will need to use a plugin, such as Better Search and Replace to replace the old URL with the new URL. After editing the data (thus breaking it), there’s no real easy way to recover the data so your best bet would be to reimport the migrated data, install a search and replace plugin that supports serialized data and then replace your URLs using that plugin.
Hallo,
thanks for respond.
The URL was not changed, only the Server from Hoster was upgraded to an SSD Server.
So only the DB Server was changed, not the url.
Hi Don,
So, just to confirm, no modifications were made to the database dump during (or shortly after) the migration, correct?
Can you please show me a screenshot of what you see when you try and edit a page? Please note that we currently don’t allow for attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
Hallo,
only username and password was changed in the wp-config.php, because on the new SSD Server it was changed.
URL is the same and the site is aviable with all pages.
Here the screenshot from Site editor:

Hi Don,
Thanks. That screenshot is a semi-common sign of a plugin conflict – specifically, something is preventing SiteOrigin Page Builder from loading. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
It dosnt funktion.
Site editor appear for 1 Secont and than Standard editor appear lonke the screenshoot.
For me the Plugin dont work after changeing server.
Deinstallation and new intsllation of plugin dont resolve the problem.
Hi Don,
Please run the aforementioned plugin conflict test. What you’re experiencing isn’t normal for a simple migration and the provided screenshots look exactly like a plugin conflict does so running a plugin conflict test is very likely to resolve your issue.
Hi,
i run Health Check and there ar no conflicts and i just deacivate all plugins and deleted all cache.
This configuration was samw bwfore changing server.
So i cant belive, that it ist an plugin problem.
In Page Editor is an File, hwo save the old server link?
Hi Don,
I can assure you, what you’re experiencing is not a widespread issue that occurs after migrations.
Can you please outline the exact steps you took to move the data over from one server to another? This should hopefully give me a better idea of what may have caused you issues.
I’m not too sure what you’re specifically asking. Can you please elaborate? All Page Builder data (expect the plugin files) is stored in the database.
Hallo,
first i copy all Data from old Server to new server.
The DB was exported with mysql Dumper Tool vrom old server ans imported to new server.
I changes the Link in the Conig files to direkt them to the new server.
Than all Pages has been shown right.
Only the Editor dont work now.
Plugin are the same and no changes in WP.
Hi Don,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
This is a private message.
Thank you for Help.
Account was created.
Hi Don,
Unfortunately, we haven’t received a reply from your website yet – you will be notified from us automatically when we do.
Does the service you’re using include email support in your plan? I ask as certain cloud hosting providers (Digital Ocean for example) either don’t include mail support or are commonly blocked for anti-spam related reasons due to abuse.
Consider directly email the login details to the above-provided email – this will privately post them to this thread, only you and SiteOrigin Staff members can see them.
i send you the data direkt on your Mail.

Hi Don,
Unfortunately, the provided login details aren’t working for me. Can you please double check them? Sorry about this.
Hallo Alex S,
try now, i refreshed yourprofile and now it works.
Hi Don,
Thanks. You’re experiencing a major JavaScript issue that is preventing jQuery from being loaded correctly. I’m unable to identify the exact source as CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS is enabled. Can you please disable that? This can be done by editing wp-config.php.
Hallo,
have you recived my PM?
Hi Don,
Unfortunately, no, we haven’t received any further messages from you since our last reply. Can you please resend it? Also, have you disabled CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS?
Hallo Alex S,
the Problem was solved wiht
Works all right with this define code, or is it possible, that something dont work now?
Hi Don,
Great to hear that helped! :)
Typically when that resolves issues, it means you faced a general WordPress Update Issue. You can typically fix it by reinstalling WordPress. It’s not a serious issue once you’ve disabled CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS so it’s up to you if you do that. Regardless, do a backup and then navigate to WP AdminDashboardUpdates and click Re-Install Now.
Hallo,
the sites now apare in Bachend, but pagebilder dont work.
So wen i cance an word in the visual aer, change are not saved after saving.
I try to reinstall wp.
Hi Don,
Changes not being saved are typically as a result of a plugin conflict. Our plugins are compatible with the latest version of WordPress but it’s quite possible another plugin you’re using isn’t.
Hallo Alex S,
reinstall has not resolved the Problem.
Hi Don,
Thank you for letting me know. Please run the aforementioned plugin conflict test.
Hi Alex S,
no Problems wirh Health Check.
Hi Don,
Please run a full plugin conflict – separate to Health Check.
Hallo Alex S,
what do you mine with full plugin conflict test?
Here aro no conflicts, because all Plugins was the same like before changing the Server.
So i cant belive, that a plugin cause this problem.
Works page_Editor with the last wp version 100%?
Hi Don,
A full plugin conflict test is: Disable all plugins except for SiteOrigin plugins and use a default WordPress theme.
Using a single non-SiteOrigin plugin leaves room for a plugin conflict so it’s very important only our plugins are present during the test. Please follow these specific instructions:
Try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
You can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

This issue, combined with the other WordPress related update issue you faced (that was resolved by a reinstall) suggests the issue you’re facing isn’t related to the server transfer – that’s purely a coincidence. It’s very likely you’re experiencing a plugin conflict test which is why a proper plugin conflict test is so important.
There are no known issues or reports of compatibility issues with the latest version of WordPress with any of our plugins/themes.
Thank you for this instruktions.
After changing Theme and deactie / reactive all plugins i turn back to my theme and the editor works normal.
I cant say, what was the problem, bit i think, that jumt to other theme and reactivate the old thame has resolved the problem.
Hi Don,
Great to hear it’s working without issue now! :)
