After SiteOrigin updates, unable to edit custom PageBuilder Home Page

I preformed the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (1.9.6) and PageBuilder (2.5.10) Updates this morning. I was hoping the updates would fix my recent issue with editing Text and a few other assorted similar widgets, but a new issue has presented itself.

When navigating to my Home Page, which is a custom PageBuilder page, the entire thing is blank for me to edit. It displays correctly on the front-end, so the content is there. Knowing this, and knowing a bit of WP, I figured it was something with a script not loading correctly, so I pulled up the Dev Console in Chrome. Sure enough, I had an error. It is copied and pasted below.

siteorigin-panels-259.min.js Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

This is the only error, whereas when I had the Text widget editing issue, I had 4 or 5 errors, so that is an improvement on the surface at least.

I have another user with same level permissions and access, and they are able to edit the home page. Prior to the update, they were also able to edit the widgets I could not. They are also running Chrome, just for your knowledge and benefit.

I figure you’re being bombarded with others posting the same thing, but it wouldn’t hurt to add what info I could for you.

Thanks,
Sean Ringrose

PS – I love the PageBuilder and equally love the widgets bundle. You guys rock!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Sean,

This error suggests that the plugin wasn’t correctly updated (this sometimes happens). Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and deactivate Page Builder by SiteOrigin and then delete it. Click Add New and search for and install Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Once found install/activate it. If this issue persists, please try clearing your browser cache.
