After save the page, Page Builder auto-swap to Text Editor

Hi , I think that I have the issue when using Page Builder with WordPress page.

I have found that after saved/updated page then the page auto-swap to Text Editor.

I tried to find what is the cause and i guess that it’s up to the amount of ‘Row’ and ‘Column’ in the Page.

when put the widgets in columns or row (reach to some amounts) and save, it cause the auto-swap from Page Builder to Text Editor.

And I still don’t know how to fix that.

Sorry that I’m not good at english.

Thank You.

    Hi Ryota

    Thanks for reaching out.

If the issue is only happening when the page gets a bit bigger then I think we should check the error logs. If possible, please, could you try enabling debug and then check the log file. Here is how https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/. If you aren’t able to, no worries, I’ll find another way to diagnose the issue.

    Hi Mr.Andrew

I have enabled the debug log option by your suggestion above.
And there were no notices or warnings about Page Builder issue.
By the way, I will try to find the cause. If I figure out something is relevant, I will reply again.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Ryota

Thanks for the update and for enabling PHP debugging. When we are done with troubleshooting it’s best to disable debug.

If the issue hasn’t occurred again, please, check the debug.log file in the /wp-content/ folder after the issue re-occurs.

When the issue re-occurs, please, also take a screenshot of your browser console. If errors are present they will be presented in red text. Here is how to check the console: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.
