Hi Hope you can help me.
After some updates I have an issue. When content is split into three items in a row on the page builder it is now stacking this untidily underneath each other rather than across the page like it used to.
Is now displaying:

Should be like:

It’s also happening on my about us page:

My website addrress is:
Any help would be appreciated, can’t for the life of me find out what the issue is.

Hi Kim,
I’ve had a look at your website and it looks like resolved this issue. Do you still need help with this issue?
Hi,
Yes this issue is till happening for me.
I’ve edited my homepage now since posting so it doesn’t look as broken as it did. Still can’t get more than one item per row to work without it breaking though.
My contact page: http://senresources.co.uk/contact/
Is supposed to be in a two column layout but it’s doing the same stacking thing as my homepage was if you need to have a look at a live page.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
Kim
Hi Kimberley,
You’re missing a very important file in your output – front-flex.css. Typically, if this file is missing it’s as a result of another plugin (or the theme) removing it (what plugin, I’m not too sure of).
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi Alex,
I’ve tried all of your steps and seem to still be having the same problem.
Kim.
Hi Kimberley,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and try the same steps? I know it sounds like I’m pushing this issue but something is preventing this file from outputting (there’s no reason why the file wouldn’t output – settings wise).
Hi Alex,
This account has been created for you.
Thanks in advance,
Kim

Hi Kim,
Thanks but, unfortunately, I can’t work out what’s going wrong. To clarify, what version of SiteOrigin Page Builder were you working before the update?
I’m not sure I’m afraid.
A few weeks ago I had hit update all on my plugins that I had neglected to do for a while but I would imagine it would have been a version from about 5-6 months ago if that helps.
Thanks.
As a thought, what would happen if I uninstalled the page builder plugin and the reinstalled it? would it lose all of my current page layouts? Might this fix the issue?
Kim.
Hi Kim,
You will not lose any Page Builder data as a result of reinstalling SiteOrigin Page Builder. It might fix the issue but it’s honestly unlikely – although not impossible.
Hi Kim,
Would it be possible for me to create a backup of your website for local testing?
Yes sure go ahead.
Hi Kim,
I’ve run a few tests and this appears to be a theme issue. I’ve looked it up and you’re using an older version of your theme, 2.4.1, and the newest version available is 3.1.3. Can you please try updating your theme?
