Hello,
I got the Vantage pro theme and I can say is pretty AWESOME, but I don’t know what happened when I try to customize it, the page won’t load completely, it just shows the loading icon, and the theme name.
I already deactivated the non site origin plugins and does the same, re-activate them one by one and nothing change.
Clear the cache from the server, from the site, from the theme and my computer, nothing change.
If I click on Save & Publish it shows an ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN (I have no idea why).
I’m not able to do anything just to enter the theme settings but no the customize page.
Any advice??
Thank you

Hi Waleska
Sorry to hear about the hassle.
1. Are there any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates? If so, please, run them all.
2. Please try going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save. That’ll write a new .htaccess file.
3. Try switching to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen and see if the issue persists.
Other possibilities could be that a plugin has written to your .htaccess file and that’s causing a problem or a security plugin is causing a problem.
Hi, well i figure it out
there was no updates or anything
and the permalinks i did it with no success..
So, i went back to basics and deactivated all the plugins and went one by one..
i found the HC Text Widge plugin was causing the conflict
what is this for? i don’t know it came with the theme as i remember
but anyways thank you for your quick answer…
you know what could be a good thing on your theme a music player on the bottom wide screen for those musical customers you know jaja for a basic use like 5 -10 musics and premium for 11 and more.
Also for those customers with several stores a store locator or store list, based in google maps, the desiger place the address and the information like Business Name, address, Phone number, schedule, website and it pull it in the map showing with a mark :D that could be a nice thing.
all integrated in the theme with out using third options
Awesome :) Really glad to hear you made progress. Thanks for keeping us updated.
We’re unfortunately not allowed to bundle plugins with themes on WordPress.org. We also like to keep the two separate so you’re free to move themes without losing functionality. Our Widgets Bundle: http://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/ would be a great place to put things like a store locator and a music player. Thanks for those ideas. I’ll mark this thread as a feature suggestion. We appreciate the input.
Cheers for now :)
