Admin-bar display in mobile view missing

irstly, I thank you for wonderful sleek theme “NORTH”.

I’ve downloaded yesterday and start trying all features.

Everything seem fine until it in mobile view…I can’t see the admin-bar when it reaches mobile view size/resolution.

I use admin-bar for custom login pop-up and and register and webs links within my site, hence admin-bar is essential even its in mobile view…..

Any suggestion ? I suspect its needs to be coded in css… (BELOW CODE)

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
