Adjust spacing between page builder rows

Hi Dave,
This can be done via two methods:
Row by Row
Please open the row prior to the spacing by clicking the wrench icon. Head over to the row styles sidebar and open the Layout settings group. Adjust the Bottom Margin as desired.
Global Default
Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Widgets Tab. Adjust the Row Bottom Margin to your desired default spacing.
