    Hi Tamer

Thanks for reaching out. It doesn’t look like any colors from Appearance > Customize are outputting. Have you saved new colors from the various sections in Appearance > Customize?

    Thanks for the wait.

    Please check the following:

    1. Run all pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
    3. Re-test saving in the Customizer.
    4. If the issue is resolved, re-activate your plugins one by one. After each activation, re-check the Customizer.

Let us know how you come along.

If the above doesn’t produce a result, please, send a set of temporary login details. I’ll include instructions for that below.

    If required:

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Apologies for the delay. I took a look and can’t see anything obvious that would cause the problem. It looks to be an issue with saving. Although the Customizer says it is saving the button doesn’t change wording and when you try quit the Customizer you get a warning that edits will be lost.

Please try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and see if the Customizer is able to save values in that theme. Let’s rule out Origami as the problem and then go from there, I think the issue might be in the WordPress core or with the server setup.
