Hi everyone, I am looking at add a pre-navigation bar at the top of the page with a separate menu,
I am also looking to remove the logo and implement it with the original menu.
Please can you assist?

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, Vantage isn’t able to implement something like this at the moment. You could perhaps try a top bar plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=top+bar
