Adding images to a page not working in Vantage?

When I click on add media to choose an image to add to a specific page it does not allow me to do this or the add media button just hangs there. Same with the slider button as well. What is causing this?

    Hi Jason

    There is a chance this could be a plugin conflict. Please try running through the steps outlined here: https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/

    Additionally ensure there are no pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.

    Which plugin do you recommend that I remove-there are so many?

    I’d recommend de-activating all of your plugins except for Page Builder and our Widget Bundle if you have it installed. Re-test. If the issue is resolved you’d then need to re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    If you can post any Javascript errors you’re getting, there’s a chance we’ll be able to use them to identify which plugin might be causing the issue.
