Adding icons from Fontawesome for menu

Resolved 4 replies premiumthemetheme-vantage

Hello,

I can not find some icons from Fontawesome that I want to use for the menu like “fa-graduation-cap” (http://fontawesome.io/icon/graduation-cap/). It is not in the list in the page editing interface under Menu Icon.

How can I add such missing icons into the widget?

Thanks in advance

    Hi mevlevi18

    Thanks for your support.

We’re unfortunately running an older version and haven’t updated yet due to a few legacy issues. My recommendation would be to give the following plugin a try:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-icons/

It will also allow you to assign menu icons to Links.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Andrew,

This works perfect. Thank you very much. Is it also possible to add customized icons we have designed our self?

    Thanks

Glad Menu Icons worked out, it’s a super useful plugin. All the best.
