For some unknown reason when I add scripts like javascript or even an Iframe in the wordpress “text” plugin they no longer show on the page. I’m using the Vantage theme. This just started happening. Any ideas as to why?

    Hi Sid,

    Unfortunately, this is a general issue with the Text widget since 4.8 due to the recent text widget overhaul.
    To avoid this issue, your best bet is to install Add Paragraphs Option to Text Widget which will revert the text widget back to how it was 4.8.
