I have a site that uses the “service” box, and I’m trying to add additional content to the box in the “bio” section. However, when I do that and I hit preview, it doesn’t show the additional content I added. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we’re not too sure what is adding the Service box. If you’re not too sure either, you can run a plugin conflict test to identify the source of this box. Once you’ve found it, you should contact the developers directly and they should be able to able to assist you with this. This is not to suggest you’re experiencing a plugin conflict, only that this test is a good way of working out what is doing/adding what. Here are our typical instructions for the plugin conflict:
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
