Adding a second Sidebar?

Hi all
I apologise in advance if this has been covered previously. Ive had a good look through the forum and have found some info but still not enough detail for me.
How can I add a second Sidebar to the vantage premium theme. I just want this to be visible on certain pages and the primary sidebar on others. I’m not much of a coder, but can pick most things up.
any help or links on this greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for checking the forum first, this hasn’t been explicitly covered in a single thread. If you’re just looking to load a different set of widgets into the right sidebar based on a set of conditions then you might try either:
