Add Page/Post Title in Menu

Hi, instead of having menu items in the current menu, I would like to just display the current Page title there, with no menu options

That’s unfortunately not possible from within the theme’s options. You could however remove the menu at Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout > Masthead Menu: Empty Menu.
