add links to the footer area

I used the widget called visual editor to add some hyperlinks to footer area,but these hyperlinks always shown in a block area.How can I add hyperlinks right up the site-info text?

    Hi

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    The Site Information Text field can handle html so to add a link there add:

    <a href="http://urlgoeshere.com" rel="nofollow">Link text goes here</a>

    Hello. I added links to the footer area and they are underlined. Is there some way to remove that? Thanks
