Add images to home page

Dear Support team,

I am very new to this and definitely do not speak the coding language. I am using your Unwind theme and want to add images to my home page. I thought I had it figured out by adding the images to my masthead, but then they appear on every other page. I would like each page to be different. Is there a more obvious way to add images to a page without adding them to the masthead? or did I get it right the first time, and if so, how can I change the images or remove them on all the other pages?

Thank you in advance…..

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Carmen,

Have you created a page for your home? I ask as by default WordPress will show the most recent posts on your home page and that sadly cannot be edited. If you haven’t, please navigate to WP AdminPagesAdd New and create a new page – call it home or something like that.

Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsReading and set Front page displays to A Static Page and set the Front Page drop-down to your newly created page. If you wish for your recent posts to appear on a dedicated page, I would recommend creating a blog page and setting the posts page to that page also.

Once you’ve done that, you can add images to your home page by using SiteOrigin page Builder. If you haven’t already, please install SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Please give the Getting Started guide a read.

Please navigate to WP AdminPagesAll Pages and open your home page. Enable Page Builder and add your desired images to your page.
