How to add Google Adsense Code to Homepage

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

Hello,

In order to use Google Adsense on my website, Google first needs to review my website. In order to review my website, they instruct me to paste the following code into the html of my homepage:

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({
    google_ad_client: "ca-pub-8518441329770725",
    enable_page_level_ads: true
  });

They specifically ask for me to “Paste it into the HTML of http://pursuingfulfillment.net, right after the <head> tag.” When I try and look for the html section of my homepage, I cannot find it.

Does the Page Builder plug in somehow prevent me from viewing my HTML code?

    Hi Pursuing,

    No. We don’t do anything to prevent you from viewing the source.

    To add this code please install Insert Headers and Footers and then navigate to WP AdminSettingsInsert Headers and Footers and add verification code given to you by Google to the Scripts in Header text area.
