actively using page builder tab it then disappears

I was building a page with page builder. in the process do the usual view page, rev, etc. Then i got a ‘do you want to take content from editor and put into page builder?” Page Builder tab had disappeared along with an hr of my time. On wordpress 4.1, page builder 2.0.5 using Vantage theme 2.2.3.

What is up, any ideas?

    Hi jojogrixti

    Very sorry to hear about that. Page Builder uses WordPres revisions, so you should be able to restore your page as it was the last time you saved it.

    Did you by any chance install any plugins while you were working on that page? It is possible for other plugins to cause Javascript errors that in turn stop Page Builder from functioning. Can you try disabling non SiteOrigin plugins and see if you still get the issue?

    Thank you for the quick response. I did find my revision, forgot about that aspect. Will go through and disable plugins and see if this helps. This was not the first time this happened. I will continue to look to the forum and site origin support if it continues or need more help. Thank you again. jojo

    Thanks for your understanding jojo. Hopefully you’ll find the cause of the problem by temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-testing.
