Active Widgets are Missing

I have all widgets active except for 3 or 4, but only half are showing up when I click to “Add Widget” I use these all of the time and this is the first time I’ve had this issue.

    What are the missing widgets?

    Are they active if you navigate to WP adminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets?
