Im using the Vantage Premium – great theme!
However, is there a way to build the footer in a page-builder-way? Need different widgets at the bottom of the page.

You can try the Layout Builder widget. It should be available from Appearance > Widgets. It’s added by Page Builder and should allow you to create a Page Builder style layout in the footer widget area.
