The plugin generated 628 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin

Sorry to hear about this hassle. Have you made any progress in resolving it? If not, you could try deactivating all other plugins and then activating SiteOrigin CSS first and then reactivate your other plugins after that.
