Hi,

I’ve entered the activation key that came to me and it doesn’t activate the Professional version of the Vangtage theme widget upgrade to pro.

Any thoughts? I didn’t pay with PayPal. I used a credit card and on the receipt was printed the activation license number which is not working.

    Thanks for reaching out. Please, go to Appearance > Vantage Premium, click Already Paid? top right and ensure you used the following order number:

    I think you might be talking about the SiteOrigin Premium addon. There was a small issue yesterday that prevented people from activating new licenses. We’ve since fixed the issue. I sent out an email with some brief instructions. Please feel free to email our support team if you need any more help. We’d be glad to assist.
