Installer Accordion Widget and Google Faq Schema Validation – Widget not validating
Hey Andrew/SO team,
I stood up a new site recently and used SiteOrigin tools, of course, but my clients are SEO guys and they’ve found an issue that I can’t figure out. They’re reporting that their FAQ on the home page is not achieving SEO FAQ Schema validation.
I used the Accordion widget from the Widgets Bundle. How can I give it proper markup to be validated for Googles SEO schema whatsits?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a quick solution to add the schema outlined at https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/faqpage. I’ll log your request shortly. Our development timeline is full for the coming months. As much as I’d like to assist with your request immediately, I can’t say when it will be attended to. For an immediate fix to the client’s request, it would be best to seek out an accordion with the FAQ schema ready. Sorry, I don’t have better news. Thanks for letting us know about the request.

No sweat! It was worth a shot before I had to find another plugin or actually whip up my own (gasp). I’ll take a look at different options for them but I appreciate your quick and honest answer!
