Sub drop down menus covering items in Main drop down menus

I have a drop down menu and some of the items in the drop down menu open further drop down menus to the side. Recently, these ‘side’ menus open under and not to the side, meaning that the rest of the drop down menu is covered up. Please see the menu in my website https://keynes.ucc.ie/.…
