Button Widget Not Working

Our Button Widget isn’t functioning as it once was. At: www.pdxgreeteam.com/blog you will see that the sidebar doen’t show up at the top right of the page. You have to scroll down through several (now improperly formatted posts) to see it. When I go to the Widgets page in WordPress I see this message under…
