Page Builder just doesn’t work

I have no idea how this is happening, since I use Page Builder elsewhere with no problems, but on my new site it simply isn’t doing anything at all. I’ve disabled EVERY other plugin, in fact I’ve removed all other plugins. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Page Builder, but the issue persists. I create a brand…
