Alignment issues with Layout Builder widget in Footer (Ultra Theme)

I'm having some major issues trying to get a number of widgets into rows and columns the way I want them to display. I tried stacking widgets in one row area and then the widgets start lining up next to eachother in the column.

I am using the Ultra theme by Puro and cannot, whatever I do or have inserted get the margin to disappear from underneath the sticky header on my site. There is no margin on the Custom Home Page, but every other page seems to be adding a Title even though the layout I choose is…
