Is there anyway to save the Customized Settings? I just updated the Theme today and ALL was lost. Spent 3 hours getting most of my settings redone. Where can I find the Customized settings performed through the Customize Theme area?

Everytime I create a ins within my custom css it is still over written by style. I've been getting updates for WordPress, WooCommerce and North which I will be turning off since I have to keep redoing all my work, over and over and over.
