Admin interface Not responsive adn mismatching of many parts of my site

I write to this support again… first time nobody answered to me! Last week I updated the wordpress version to 4.5.3. After having done this updating I met a series of anomalies in my site: some parts disappeared, others changed the fonts and dimensions, sliders blocked and also Administration interface corrupted and not responsive.
