Vantage footer width

Hi I have few widgets in the footer, how should I specified each of the width of the columns. I tried by css by each of the Id, it looks good in browser but not in mobile. Thanks.

Hi, I have tried to change the font color on Circle Icon widget with no success. I tried on each of the widget individually, at the attribute, without any success Classname: mytest.
