Page Builder Plugin missing Widgets

Just installed Vantage Premium. Also installed Page Builder Plugin 2.0.7 but the following Widgets don’t appear to have been installed: Button (PB), Call To Action (PB) Embedded Video (PB) Gallery (PB) Image (PB) List (PB) Price Box (PB) Self Hosted Video (PB) Testimonial (PB) How can I resolve this?
